The only printer in the printers tab is my ancient hp designjet. It is so
old that there aren't ANY drivers for it on the hp site, but it is the only
printer I can get to work with Vista. Too bad that it uses expesive 36-inch
wide roll paper!

I don't know how the PC was started the first time after the Vista Business
software was loaded because I let some IDIOTS who said they knew how, install
it. At least I had the satisfaction of stopping payment on the check I paid
them with. But now I am afraid to let anyone else touch it, and I don't know
how myself.

But back to the problem. Since the printer is not there, or in the serer
properties) I unplugged the USB cable and turned off the power and
restarted. When it said to plug in and turn on, I did. Nothing happened.
The button at the bottom that says "Continue" stayed grayed out. Help!
