for picture files -- two different programs to open and edit.
PaintShop takes too long to start up for casual viewing, so I want to
use Photo Gallery to open files, but PaintShop to edit them.
I'd also like to change the default editor for .bat files to something
else. But from what I've found via Google, the only way to do that in
Vista is by editing the registry.
