I like to edit the context menu to do certain things too, like to Edit HTML
files with Dreamweaver, instead of stupid Word, for instance.

Without the Advnaced File Types tab in Vista, the best replacement I have
found is not free, and it comes with some useless stuff as well, but the
File Type Doctor component is a very good replacement for the lost tab.
