OK, then let's try it another way:
Press Windows-key + R -> gpedit.msc -> Enter .
In the left, expand
Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local
Policies -> Security Options .
In the right, you'll see an entry named
"Accounts: Administrator account status".
Double-click it and select "Disabled".
