Hi,
You're blaming Vista for a file association change? Why would a powerpoint
file open in the picture manager application? Well, most likely because you
told it to. It doesn't just happen, someone either changed the file
association or forcibly chose a different application, they don't just
change on their own. Right click a powerpoint file, use 'open with', choose
powerpoint from the application list or browse to it, and make sure to check
the "always use...." box.
