Hi, Joe.

It's hidden in plain sight. :^}

When you drag the file to the folder you want, hover the mouse and then
don't focus on the line, but on the small text box with a bold "+" sign in
front of it. It will say something like, "Copy to ATI" or "Copy to
Downloads", depending on the name of your folder. If you are pointing
between files, not folders, it should show the name of the volume, like,
"Copy to Data (E".

When the hover box says what you want to do, then release the mouse button.

You should see that hover box when holding down either the left or right
mouse button. Using the left button, the copy or move happens immediately
when you release the button. With the right button, you should see the
context menu from which you can choose to Copy, Move, Create shortcut or
Cancel.

Works great, but it's very easy to get so focused on the line that we don't
see the pop-up box.
