I am an art voyer, belonging to the art community Renderosity. I would like
to open up a web page/folder in it's own window COMPLETELY RESTORED (at full
size) every time.
Understand this. I can open a folder in a new window. But it is a little
square (not restored). I don't want this. I want the new window to always
be RESTORED (at full size).
Is there a way to ensure my new window will always be full size???
BELOW IS THE ONLY INFO I COULD FIND:
"To open each folder in its own window
Open Folder Options in Control Panel.
Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
Click Appearance and Themes, and then click Folder Options.
On the General tab, under Browse Folders, click Open each folder in its own
window."
Hi Jem,
If Vista will not remember how you left the opened windows as it was when you last closed it, then you need to reset the folder view settings. Method Two in this tutorial will show you how. Just size the window the way you want it for the folder and close it. When you reopen it, it should be the same.

You can also create a shortcut for the folder and adjust how you want the window size to always open. This tutorial will show you how.
