Once you have started the setup process from CD, you will get to a section where you can choose to which drive you want to install Win 98. The instructions for deleting the partition will be there, at the bottom of the screen.
Because it's Win98 you will more than likely need to reboot at least twice before it can continue after deleting/re-creating the partitions.
