You mean "DON'T put the paging file on a different partition that exists on the same physical drive as the OS (Boot) Partition"? (Sorry for the correction, Mike, just your phrasing sounds a little obscure)

The paging file should preferably be on the same partition as the OS itself, unless you're running out of space, in which case it's better to just get a bigger hard disk so that the paging file doesn't have such an impact?
