RE: Task Scheduler - command <schtasks /query /fo csv /nh> does no

I have the strong feeling it is a bug:
(1) according to Microsoft documentation the command <schtasks /query /fo
csv /nh> should work.
(2) I have used this command before on a Windows XP PC
Then : HOW SUBMIT A BUG REPORT TO MICROSOFT ?
