Unfortunately I can't return it, as much as I wish I could. Also, it didn't
come with a regular installation DVD, and even the OEM install stuff isn't on
a CD either. I'm going to try to search Sony's tech support stuff about
doing a repair install, see if they hid the files somewhere on my computer
already. Any ideas?
