I understand your problem you dont want to pay $60 for a Phone/E-Mail/Chat
and the idiot hangs up the phone on you or the Hacker plays that joke on you
again you dont have that kind of money . What you can do is buy a PERQ 3/QC
card , it comes in 2 types RAID + Internet {Ethernet , Wireless - PCI type
cards} , QC = Quality Control , it uses SSL 4 technology = TLS 1.0 = Total
Lockdown Security , if your PC has been tampered with theyll contact You and
ask you if they can look at your the Files on you PC and then fix it for
free, because you pay a yearly Service Fee .

Of course MSN Messenger works, which allows me to get to IE to add this
thread.

Clicking on the IE Icon or navigating to a file via windows explorer and
clicking on a file always comes up with this same error message.
