That appears to be sourced to a third party codec crash. Did you install
any codec packs on this system? Are any of these on your system:
divxdec.ax , lmpgd10.ax , iviaudio.ax , lmpgspl.ax , mcs_dec2.ax , or
xvidcore.dll ?
If so, which version? If not, you may have installed something that
registered the Indeo Audio Codec to your system. =\
