I have done what you advised and I note in the log that 'realtime virus
protection was disabled' - I have now enabled this.
I also have another log report which states that Systemguards have allowed a
one time changed to your computer? I don't know what this refers to, so I
have left this for the time being to see if enabling the realtime virus
protection resolves the problem.
