The error "The network path was not found." aka Error 53, is well known here.
It's a name resolution problem, generally caused by SMBs being blocked. There's
one recently discovered problem, that's gaining in visibility.

Other than that, I'd look for a NetBT setting problem, or a misconfigured or
overlooked personal firewall.

You could provide logs from "browstat status", "ipconfig /all", "net config
server", and "net config workstation", from each computer, so we can diagnose
the problem. Read this article, and linked articles, and follow instructions
precisely (download browstat!):
