Not directly, but you can export the contacts to a .csv file, which can then
be used.
According to my Outlook 2003 help, Word can use Outlook contacts, an Excel
worksheet, or text files for the data.

So you can export the Windows Mail contacts into a CSV file, which you
should be able to use.
