Good thought however that is not the case here.

This flickering is not a constant thing. It only happens once every minute
or so.

I thought it might be from my new mouse so I put the old mouse back on last
night. However I didn't uninstall the laser one. Still have the flicker.

As for the cords touching each other, I have tried to rearrange them but I
have no idea how you keep them from touching. I'm trying though.

Could this have anything to do with an update for Vista?
