The old computer will have the incorrect drivers for it if you restore these backups. It would be like walking into a shop in france and speaking english. BSOD would be the least of your problems. You can try clearing all the DATA from your old computer or restoring it to factory preset then restoring all data (No os files) from your backups. This will still cause problems and you may have to install all the programs correctly. |
