I had this once on a build for a friends computer. Iwent into the bios and did a reset on detect irq settings. It worked. That is not to say it wil in your situation. Alot of these problems seem to come from driver issues.
One of the links I found by doing a quick google said
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL with ndis.sys BSOD
Post more info on the error.
