Hi Jim,

You will also need to stop the source of the problemm, or it will just happen again later. The KB941090 will just fix the problem for just this one incident.

Read the "First" section in this tutorial about antivirus programs to help prevent this from happening again, then install the KB941090 Microsoft Update in the "Second" section to fix the stuck message problem.
