Hi Randy,
Did you delete the old shortcuts and create new ones directly from the exe file?
If whatever you create a shortcut from gets moved or deleted, then the shortcut will lose it's association amd not work anymore. That is why it is best to create a shortcut directly from the EXE file. It usually does not get moved or deleted by mistake.
