I definitely would not go lower than 60Gs with vista!
Activation and reactivation(if you change hardware, or reinstall OS) is part
of the game with vista.
If it ever tells you that your Key is in use(it is, by you!), take the
phone option, and speak to a real person.
You are in the process of dual-booting?
If you know what you are doing, fine; if not, ask here.
