That link is for paid AT&T Yahoo mail, which is quite different from
standard Yahoo mail. Yahoo partners with several large ISPs by providing
specialized email services for the customers of those ISPs.
As a wise man once said, follow the money trail (i.e., who gets your ISP
money?).
