Hi K,

You may still be seeing them in the Index search results because the index has not fininshed updating itself yet. It only runs in the background slowly during low or idle running of the computer. You can force it to update itself quicker by "Rebuilding" it. This will show you how. Look towards the bottom.

If you want accurate search results all the time, them disabling the Search Index and letting Vista default to using a non-indexed search would be a solution. Searching will just be a little bit slower in non-indexed mode. You can see how here.
