Windows failed to start Hi, i was using my fairly new Vista Home Premium pre-installed laptop, left it for about 5 minutes, came back it was in hibernation or w/e; rebooted it and it gave me the Windows boot manager screen.
I have tried booting from the CD and using Startup Repair but it fails and says it cannot repair the process automatically.
On the Boot manager screen the names they give are
File:WDFLDR.SYS
Status:0xc0000098
Info:Windows failed to load because a required file is missing, or corrupt.
The details of the failed windows startup repair are :

I dont know what much of this means, but I was hoping someone has seen this before or could possibly give me advice on the next step without erasing the entire or reformatting the hard drive or at least how to save it without windows starting up or something.
