If you haven't signed another contract with other ISP you can't access the
others services. (normally! ...).
Check if you have automatic settings for IP (I mean for DHCP server because
he resolves name resolution by indicating the DNS server).
There are 2 different kind of wireless (WLAN, WPAN and WWAN). A WWAN
solution should give you a better mobility but it's more expensive.
Because you just pump in to the new network you should consider yourself
lucky to have access to others sharing (because they are very generous ...)
If you know some1 that is connecting regularly in that network check his
settings for the connection. (it is a possibility that the ISP has a
security policy based on MAC address ... but that's another story)
