You can use Nero Burning Rom, choose Burn DVD-Video and drag the entire Video_TS folder over and burn.

| I have a standard VIDEO_TS folder(NOT copied from a commercial DVD) on my computer and while Windows DVD Maker recognizes the VOB files as video files and is willing to burn them onto a DVD, I want to watch the DVD as it was intended.
