It's a stupid little program. It makes animated backgrounds. You have control of a number of aspects into the animations and you can control the colors/multi-gradients into it as well.
I believe the last time I used it that you can save in AVI format. Surely with a little bit of work, a little that is, you can put these into Dreamscape format. I played with it at one time a few year ago and you can make the background any size you want.
