Hello Again Michael,
I have done the diagnotic test that you suggested and there are no problems
showing up at all with that. The files in question have been imported from my
X.P. computer to my Vista computer. My Vista computer is new and came with
the Vista programme ready installed. It's interesting to note that I have had
no problem closing the programme after editing text when I have been dealing
with common or garden text.
It's when I use the Word Art! The problem occurs with the same paragraphs of
text each time. Strangely when I am editing SMALL text and have used the
Shape fill and Shape outline, the programme will then not Close down or Save.
Anyway I'm off to bed now. It's bedtime here in the U.K.
Thanks for your help - Susan.
