First of all, these aren't My Music, My Pictures & My Videos that you're
looking for, are they? Those aren't real folders, but junctions for
backward compatibility.
Next, do they show up if you go to:
Organize -> Folder & Search Options -> 'View' tab
and select "Show hidden files & folders" and CLEAR the checkbox for "Hide
protected operating system files"
If so, you can remove hidden & system attributes using the 'attrib' command
from a command prompt window.
C:\Users\Keith\Documents>attrib -s <foldername>
C:\Users\Keith\Documents>attrib -h <folder name>
If none of this helps, there's a few other things we can check - post back.
