To wipe everything out for Windows Live Mail after you uninstalled it in Programs and Features:
1. Delete the Windows Live Mail folder here: (Hidden system file)
C:\Users\(your username)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail
2. Delete the registry key (folder) Windows Live Mail in the left pane at:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail
