How are you attempting to install the drivers on the problem PC? Printer
installations can be problematic. If following the instructions for
installation provided by the printer manufacturer doesn't seem to work, try
the following:
1. Uninstall any software associated with the printer
2. Disconnect the printer from the computer
3. Install the driver
4. Connect the printer and when prompted, point Windows to where the driver
is installed
