Were you able to transfer the accounts information, so Windows Mail
would know where to send the outgoing mail? Did the account under OE
use the HTTP protocol, which Windows Mail does not know how to use?

Does sending a message to yourself work?

If there was more to the error message, could you show us the entire
error message?
