No problem. Create two new folders, say 'A-Mail' and 'B-Mail'.
Then use the Rule Wizard to create two message rules similar to this:
1. Where the message is from the 'A' account
move it to the 'A-Mail' folder
and stop processing more rules.
2. Where the message is from the 'B' account
move it to the 'B-Mail' folder
and stop processing more rules.
