Hi,
What type of memory card does your phone use? If it is an SD card, or a
MicroSD or MiniSD that has an SD Card adaptor, you need to make sure that
you have not moved the small tab on the side of the adaptor to the "Lock"
position. "Lock" write-protects the card.
