I'm having the EXACT same problem, I had Just upgraded my processor and added RAM, now it does not work. Someone has said it is a DRM issue and to delete all the DRM files in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\DRM , but there is nothing in the folder. Plus the preview on the right hand side will still play the files |
