First make sure of the correct manufacturer of your laptop. Look it up
first at your laptop manufacturer's website for any updated drivers they
have available. But Make sure of your laptop model. or the drivers won't
work properly Vista is known to be buggy whenever incorrect drivers are
installed by mistake. Then uninstalled.

Hope this helps and by the way use the windows Vsita Safe mode option
whenever installing video card drivers.
