Wow, your psu is really low wattage for all that stuff.

You dont figure out your wattage by your video card alone, you have to add in your hard drives, (SATA drives use huge amounts of power), and other components.

Otherwise, did you do an upgrade, or a full install?

I've had problems where I called Microsoft and they reinstalled my system from scratch then all the problems went away. ( no detection of printers, video cards, and the like)
