You have no reason to access it. In fact, it would be dangerous for you stored files to do so. It is known (By MS) as a junction file. Its purpose is to provide a shortcut link to the new storage files in Vista, (Users - username - Documents) for software compatibility reasons.
You can gain access by altering the security onthe folder,but I would advise against it.
