I'm glad you were able to locate the information for that account. This
sounds like an account that 'runs as a service' which is very unusual. The
only other component on Vista that is set this way is the Trusted Installer
which also is an account that runs as a service.

A 'printer' usually runs this way only if it has been installed for
something like a 'print server' which is usually only required on a
corporate network that has many work stations that use the same printer.

It's a mystery why this account would show up in the Parental Controls
dialog? It is likely caused by some incompatibility between Vista and the
Lexmark driver installer.

You can probably safely ignore this behavior, unless you detect some problem
it may be causing. I would also recommend checking the Lexmark support
website for any information on this behavior.
