Running Vista Ultimate 64-bit. Two users: one with admin
privileges, one an ordinary user. Dial-up connection.

When switching from either user to the other the dial-up
connection is terminated. I don't know if this is a fault
in the modem, or a "feature" of Vista, or something else.

I'd prefer for the connection to remain when switching
users - how might I achieve that?
