You made your point, Alex.
You encountered a problem, and I'm sorry about that. The 2.0 upgrade was shaky
and some people (a small minority) experienced problems. The patch to resolve
the 2.0 problems caused a few more problems for some people.
The vast majority of users did not experience problems with 2.0, although that
is little consolation for people who did experience problems, such as yourself.
For the record, I have 7 computers running OneCare here and *none* encountered
any problems with the upgrade.
