Right, I think we're all agreed on that. My question is what does it say
next to the display picture (if any) if the user does not have Messenger
installed and/or is not signed in with a Live ID? In fact, there are so many
different possibilities (Messenger not installed; Messenger installed but
not running; Messenger installed and running, but not signed in; Messenger
installed and running, signed in with the same/a different Live ID - and
then all of these with the user signed out/signed in in WL Mail) that it's
not surprising that people see different things on their screen. That's why
I asked Gary what he's seeing.
