RE: POP3. Can we access Windows Live Hotmail or not?
Microsoft has announced that they will introduce POP3 for Hotmail accounts
(I'm not sure if they have already implemented it) but only for Premium
accounts. They said that this functionality would be available for everyone
(including free accounts) in the future, but they didn't specified any date.
