Try uninstalling it and re-downloading it to see if it corrects itself.

After installing Windows Live Mail using the Live installer WLInstaller.exe
in Vista 32, whenever I click on the Live Mail icon, it always: "Please wait
while Windows configures Windows Live Mail". Then nothing happens. Does
anyone know what is happening?
