Re: error message

Sorry, I had meant to copy the error from the beginning of the thread.

Windows cannot findinsert hyperlink here) please type the address again"
It treats every hyperlink that comes in WLM or Outlook as a file. I already
checked my file associations and everything else suggested in this thread.
I'm also running a clean install of Win XP Pro.

I also get this error message. It ONLY happens with WLM and ONLY when I do
not already have a browser window open. ANY link in an email brings the error
message up. I use Firefox as default but also have IE7 installed. When I
switched to IE7 as default it makes no difference. Links stored in documents
on the drive do not return the error.
Strangely enough, after the error comes up, if I take no action the browser
(no matter the default) opens about 2 seconds later.
Win XP Pro, using both Firefox and IE7, WLM appears to be the key. Checked
the event viewer under system, application, and internet explorer. No error
there.

Strangely enough, it started on my old computer at about the same time it
was first reported here.
