Thank you for your response but I'm afraid that exactly the same thing
happens when I create the rule from the message. It creates the rule for
fbloggs@xxxxxx but won't apply it until I change the 'from' to Fred
Bloggs, which is the contact name. That also doesn't help when I need to
create one rule for a group of people.... which has just given me an idea....
maybe I can include a block of individuals within a group and then apply a
rule to the group?
Very strange that an automatic process appears to be using a different
criterion to the one that created it, which is why I wondered if I was
missing a system parameter somewhere!
