The problem is with ALL rules, not just the one. I've just checked the
header of a received message and (substituting real names, for example
purposes) the From line reads:
From: "Fred Bloggs" <fbloggs@xxxxxx>
So, the rule will work if I tell it to check for Fred Bloggs, but not if I
ask it to check for fbloggs@xxxxxx, which is the default generated by
adding from the Contact list or from a received message.
