Your description is a bit unclear. By "folder I used in Outlook Express"
I hope you don't mean one of OE's .dbx files but just a representation
of them which has been imported into WLMail? E.g. when you installed
WLMail you were probably given an opportunity to do that.
FWIW I didn't bother letting that happen because my message store
in OE is huge, so I have no idea what the normal result may be.
AFAIK neither OE nor WLMail have any way of redirecting copies
of messages away from Sent Items. So if you were putting your
messages in OE somewhere other than in Sent Items you were
either doing it manually, e.g., either by dragging, using a menu,
or (perhaps) by manually invoking a rule. I really don't use rules
on either app but FWIW it looks as if the rules I had in OE were
successfully imported too.
