Very true. :-)
A full scan (Tune-up or manual virus and spyware scan) will be scanning your
mail store, so any infected spam that is sitting in a Deleted Items folder or
Junk Mail folder on your PC will trigger an infection and a lovely "Quarantine
Failed" message.
